📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and event planners.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, including tables, chairs, and equipment.,Assist in setting up and breaking down event decorations and equipment.,Stay updated on event schedules and make any necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or event industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
