📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business performance.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges as they arise.,Represent the company in operational matters with stakeholders and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
