📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the F&B department, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storing of food and beverage supplies.
• Manage staff scheduling, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
• Monitor and control food and beverage costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all F&B operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing F&B operations, including inventory, staff, and budget.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as Micros, and inventory management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
