📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and security systems.
• Ensure the stability, efficiency, and security of our IDC data center operations.
• Provide top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their systems are running optimally.
• Conduct regular system checks and perform necessary maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and ensure seamless operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

• Work closely with our team of engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth functioning of our data center.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations and maintenance, with a focus on data center management.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications.
• Experience with data center infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and security systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
