Apotek Fitri Mart is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance reviews.,Support the HR department in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the coordination of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR department in the management of employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other HR-related documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
