📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews,Screen and evaluate job applicants to determine their qualifications and fit for the role,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry and report generation,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment,Contribute to team meetings and projects as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
