📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and support.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for the organization.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employment agencies.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
