Mechanical Engineer - Production Machine Maintenance

Indonesia Multi Colour Printing is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Krian, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and longevity of our state-of-the-art production machines. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

In this role, you will be working closely with our production team to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues. You will be using tools such as CAD software, PLC programming, and machine diagnostic tools to ensure that our machines are running smoothly. Daily, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, performing repairs, and implementing improvements to enhance the efficiency of our production processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on production machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Perform repairs and replacements as needed, using appropriate tools and materials.
• Collaborate with the production team to implement improvements and enhancements to our machines and processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor machine performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our production machines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure that our machines are equipped with the most advanced features.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on production machine maintenance.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and machine diagnostic tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
