Apotek Hendra Kebab is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent to support our business growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback on candidates and make hiring recommendations.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure competitive hiring practices.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
