📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to network and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
