📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of customers and potential clients in the Ciamis and surrounding areas.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the rubber industry.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.,Attend industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the rubber industry.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Ability to travel for business purposes.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
