📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with Indonesia's accounting standards.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and strategies.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.,Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends, regulations, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesia's accounting standards (GAAP) and tax laws.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
