📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage key retail accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.,Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients to maximize sales potential.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives.,Monitor and report sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
