📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the purchasing process to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure product quality.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to meet production requirements.,Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and supplier diversification.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production planning and execution.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong knowledge of purchasing principles, strategies, and best practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
