📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Motivating and leading a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.,Managing inventory and ensuring that all supplies are ordered and stocked appropriately.,Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is a safe and comfortable environment for all employees.,Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and to ensure that sales targets are met.,Communicating with customers and addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.,Training and developing new employees, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Working closely with the management team to ensure that all business goals and objectives are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the food service industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven ability to manage and lead a team, with a focus on achieving results.,Experience with inventory management and sales analysis.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well in a team and to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
