📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage invoicing processes, including creating, sending, and tracking invoices.
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Identify overdue payments and implement collection strategies to minimize losses.
• Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Analyze billing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present monthly billing reports to the management team.
• Assist in the implementation of new billing and collection systems.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and resolve billing issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a billing and collection role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Certification in billing and collection systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) is a plus.
