📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.,Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and search engines.,Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant tools and metrics to ensure continuous improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials.,Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective.,Report on campaign performance and provide insights to senior management.,Assist in the development of the marketing budget and plan for future campaigns.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the digital space.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in social media marketing, SEO, and email marketing.,Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.,Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.,Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.,Understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior in Indonesia.,Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
