📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance handling.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Proven track record of supporting HR initiatives and processes.
