PT Berkah Duta is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. This is an immediate opening, so we're looking for someone who can start right away. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various aspects of human resource management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with managers to understand staffing needs and assist in the hiring process.,Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and orientation.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in training and development programs for employees.,Provide general HR support and advice to employees and managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian is required.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
