📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events.,Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure optimal functionality.,Handle incoming and outgoing mail, calls, and correspondence efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized office environment.,Support the office manager in various administrative tasks as needed.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documents for the office manager.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the office.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a General Affairs or administrative role.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local customs is an advantage.
