Hotel Jaya Dental Clinic is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Support to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the IT field, with a focus on providing excellent technical support to our staff and guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our IT systems, ensuring smooth operations and a positive user experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to staff and guests, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software, ensuring they are running efficiently and securely.,Monitor network performance and resolve any issues that arise.,Assist in the installation and configuration of new IT equipment and software.,Provide training and documentation to staff on the use of IT systems and software.,Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Support the IT team in managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.,Familiarity with network troubleshooting and maintenance.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Familiarity with IT security best practices.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.Experience with IT support tools and software such as ServiceNow or Jira.Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.Experience with cybersecurity principles and practices.
