📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations in the assigned area,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Coordinate with team members to achieve operational goals,Monitor and report on area performance and productivity,Develop and implement strategies to improve area efficiency,Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly,Conduct regular area inspections to maintain high standards,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in area management or similar roles,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Familiarity with operational management software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proven track record of achieving operational goals and targets
