PT Indah Anggrek is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead HR Staff to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Lead and mentor HR staff to ensure high performance and professional development.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR strategies align with business goals.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring HR staff.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
