📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead a team of QA Engineers and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the quality of our products and services.
  • Write and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure that software meets quality standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
  • Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in QA.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong technical background in software testing, including knowledge of testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
  • Certifications in QA or related fields are a plus.
