📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's needs and objectives.,Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.,Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.,Monitor and analyze procurement activities to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide guidance and support to junior procurement staff.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, best practices, and industry trends.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
