Kinderglory Montessori School is seeking a dedicated Shadow Teacher to support our inclusive learning environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Assist teachers in planning and implementing Montessori-based activities and lessons,Observe and document classroom interactions and student progress,Support students with special needs in accordance with Montessori principles,Assist in preparing and organizing classroom materials and resources,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities,Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students,Provide feedback and suggestions to the teaching team based on observations,Assist in the development and implementation of inclusive learning strategies🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field,Experience in early childhood education or a related field,Familiarity with Montessori principles and practices,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment,Commitment to inclusive education and supporting diverse learning needs,Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience preferred,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
