📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers.,Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the management of the cash register and petty cash.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the service center.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with basic computer and office software is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
