📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain client financial accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, on a timely basis.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Work with clients to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance their financial performance.
• Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve efficiency using financial software such as QuickBooks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide high-quality services.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, Excel, and other related tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Certification in accounting or financial reporting is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
