• Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability in retail outlets
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty
• Work closely with retail partners to ensure that our products are displayed and promoted effectively
• Conduct regular stock checks and reorders to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and inventory levels to management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a merchandising or sales role in the tissue products industry
• Proven track record of success in driving sales and managing inventory
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the tissue products industry and market trends
