With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, you'll bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, helping to shape the future of Bali's infrastructure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of MEP projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and schedules.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure the continued success of projects.
• Collaborate with the project manager to ensure the overall success of the project.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the continued improvement of project execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in MEP project execution, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
