📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet high volume demands.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food preparation.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to prevent foodborne illnesses.

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that food is served promptly and accurately.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with using kitchen equipment and tools such as stoves, ovens, grills, and food processors.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
