In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

As an Assistant Finance Manager / Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including financial analysis, budgeting, and process improvement. You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure that financial records are maintained accurately and that all financial transactions are processed efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
