📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and optimize assembly processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Design and implement work instructions using Siemens NX and Delmia.
• Conduct process simulations to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of assembly processes.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in assembly process planning and optimization.
• Proficiency in Siemens NX, Delmia, and CATIA.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
