📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote MOVI's latest collections and products through in-store displays, social media, and community events.
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and build brand loyalty.
• Assist in driving sales by promoting special offers, discounts, and promotions.
• Train and mentor new staff to ensure consistent service standards.
• Participate in in-store events and promotions to create a vibrant and engaging shopping experience.
• Provide expert advice on MOVI's products to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and MOVI's marketing strategies to ensure effective promotion of our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Fashion-forward and up-to-date with the latest trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
