In this role, you will work closely with our management team to develop and execute fire safety strategies. You will utilize tools such as Fire Safety Management Systems (FSMS) and Risk Assessment Software to ensure all safety protocols are in place. Daily, you will conduct inspections, provide training sessions, and coordinate with emergency response teams to maintain a safe environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular fire safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable fire safety regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and deliver training programs on fire safety protocols for employees.
• Coordinate with emergency response teams to ensure effective response to fire incidents.
• Maintain and update fire safety documentation, including incident reports and inspection records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall safety standards and practices.
• Utilize Fire Safety Management Systems (FSMS) and Risk Assessment Software to manage and track fire safety initiatives.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to optimize fire safety measures and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire safety and risk assessment.
• Professional certification in Fire Safety (e.g., Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) certifications).
• Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and engage employees.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures.
• Familiarity with Fire Safety Management Systems (FSMS) and Risk Assessment Software.
