As an Export & Import Specialist, you will be at the heart of our international trade operations. You'll work closely with our sales and procurement teams to ensure smooth and efficient trade transactions. Using tools like SAP and Excel, you'll manage documentation, track shipments, and handle compliance with international trade regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and process export and import documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Coordinate with shipping agents and freight forwarders to ensure timely and efficient shipment of goods.
- Monitor and track shipments using SAP and other logistics software.
- Handle customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping instructions and bills of lading.
- Provide support to the sales and procurement teams in the negotiation and finalization of international trade contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all export and import transactions.
- Stay updated on changes in international trade laws and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export and import operations.
- Proficient in English and Indonesian, with good communication skills.
- Familiarity with SAP and other logistics software.
- Understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid work permit for Indonesia.
